How is the flat rate calculated?
Your rate depends on the package size (which reflects volume and loading effort) and any add-ons like stairs without a lift or express service. The price shown at booking is binding – no estimates, no hidden costs.
How quickly can you come?
Standard orders are confirmed within minutes and typically completed within 48 hours. With the express add-on we can often be there within 24 hours. For long-term planning you can book months in advance.
What can I dispose of?
Almost everything: furniture, appliances, e-waste, garden waste, renovation debris (clean), and general bulky waste. Hazardous materials (paint, asbestos, chemicals) are excluded – we'll gladly advise on proper disposal.
Do I need to be present?
Yes, someone should hand over the items – or you can arrange access in advance with our team. For transport and moving, the receiving side must also be reachable.
Are my items insured during transport?
Yes. All torob carriers are required to carry public liability insurance, and every carrier is vetted for professional skills and reliability before joining the network.
Where do you operate?
Everywhere in Switzerland. Our regional partner network covers cities and countryside alike – wherever you are, a carrier is nearby.
How do I pay?
You receive an invoice after the job, or can pay directly on site. Business customers benefit from monthly consolidated invoicing.

We prioritise reuse and certified recycling. Reusable items go to second-hand partners, and everything else is disposed of through certified channels – with 92% of collected material recycled or reused.
